1. SHIPPING RATES & POLICIES - AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND
In Australia and New Zealand, for all orders under $150 the shipping cost is $14.95.
For orders with a total cart value exceeding $150 shipping costs will be determined based on the content of your cart.Sciconsports.com reserves the right to cancel an order if no competitive shipping quotation can be obtained – applicable to international or outlying territory shipments only.

From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 12:00 p.m. (AEST) are handled during the same day. If your order is confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays in Gold Coast, Queensland, it is going to be handled on the Monday or the first working day after.
Please note that standard shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
Shipments to Post Office mailboxes are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically canceled.
Orders are usually delivered in 3-5 business days. Shipping for custom orders requires more time. Custom items will be shipped from our headquarters in Venice, Italy. Please allow up to 15 days prior to shipping.
On this International Store we only ship to the following countries: Albania, Argentina, Israel, Japan, Liechtenstein, Malaysia, Norway, Palestine State, Panama, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine, Chile. On this store we cannot accept orders to ship to countries other than the above listed, however there are several other online stores that cover many other countries. To change the country of the store go to the menu of the website or the footer of the website to change the country.

2. DELIVERY TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email specifying what carrier was used along with the corresponding tracking number. Please note that items in your order may ship from multiple locations and can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. WHEN YOU GET YOUR PARCEL
We encourage you to check the condition of the package and the goods when delivered. Should you notice that the parcel may have been damaged in transit you can always refuse or reject the delivery.
4. SHIPPING SURCHARGES
Scicon Sports is not in the business to sell logistics and all surcharges that may incur are based solely on extra charges imposed by third party carriers for transporting oversize and/or overweight items.
5. MILITARY ADDRESSES
Unfortunately we cannot ship to any Military shipping addresses (APO/FPO/BFPO).
