Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates & Conditions – Australia & New Zealand

For all orders under $100 shipped within Australia and New Zealand, a fixed shipping fee of $9 applies.

For orders with a total cart value exceeding $100, shipping costs will be determined based on the content of your cart. Sciconsports.com reserves the right to cancel an order if no competitive shipping quotation can be obtained, applicable only to international or outlying territory shipments.

2. Processing & Shipping Times and Service Areas

Orders received before 12:00 p.m. AEST, Monday through Friday, are shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays or holidays observed in Gold Coast (Queensland, Australia) will ship on the next working day.

Inline Items

  • Shipping: Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

Custom Items

  • Shipping: Orders containing custom products are dispatched within 10 to 15 business days (production time).
  • Delivery: Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days after shipment.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak demand periods.

Standard shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, severe weather conditions, strikes or other unforeseen circumstances.

Deliveries to P.O. boxes are not available. Orders placed with these addresses will be automatically cancelled.

Our shipping service is available exclusively in the following countries: Australia and New Zealand.

If your country is not listed, please visit one of our other regional online stores by selecting your country from the homepage footer or contact our Customer Service Team.

3. Duties and Import Fees (Not Applicable to Australia)

Orders shipped outside Australia may be subject to import duties, customs fees or local taxes upon arrival, at the customer’s expense.

By law, we are required to declare the value and nature of goods shipped outside Australia. It is not possible to declare a lower value, state different contents or mark items as gifts.

We recommend verifying your country’s import regulations before placing an order. Customs authorities may occasionally delay or inspect shipments.

We provide all required documentation for customs clearance and will supply additional documents upon request.

Please note that shipments delivered to destinations outside Australia may be opened and inspected by customs authorities. For all goods delivered to an address outside Australia, you are considered the importer and are therefore responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.



4. Delivery Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number and carrier details.

You can track your shipment at any time through your My Account page on sciconsports.com.

Please note that some orders may ship from multiple warehouses and arrive in separate parcels, which may occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.



5. When You Get Your Parcel

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon receipt. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, you may refuse delivery and report the issue immediately to our Customer Service Team.



6. Shipping Surcharges

Any shipping surcharges applied are solely due to additional fees charged by third-party carriers for oversized and/or overweight shipments.



7. Military Addresses

We are unable to ship to Military shipping addresses (APO/FPO/BFPO).
