Sales Manager & Brand Representative
Work Schedule: Full-time | On-site
Based in Australia to lead our market expansion and business development efforts across the region. This role is essential in growing Scicon Sports’ footprint within the Australian cycling industry by building strong retail partnerships, developing B2B opportunities, and representing the brand at key events
You will be responsible for executing the sales strategy, identifying new business channels, and elevating the brand’s visibility in a high-performance and competitive market.
As the on-ground face of Scicon Sports, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the brand’s presence and driving sustainable revenue growth.
The Role
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to strengthen Scicon Sports’ market presence in Australia.
- Identify and secure new B2B partnerships with retailers, concept stores, distributors, and corporate accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key dealers, cycling teams, and performance networks.
- Represent Scicon Sports at industry events, expos, dealer meetings, and cycling races across the country.
- Drive sell-in and sell-through efforts while ensuring consistent brand visibility and merchandising standards.
- Act as the voice of the market—providing key insights, trends, and feedback to inform product development and global strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to support overall business objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Travel domestically to support business growth and relationship management.
The Ideal Candidate
- Based in Australia with proven experience in sales, preferably within the cycling, sports, or outdoor industries.
- Strong network of contacts across the Australian cycling and sports retail landscape.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a self-starter mindset—autonomous, motivated, and results-oriented.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English and confidence to represent a premium brand across various business channels.
- Flexible to travel regularly and represent the brand at both commercial and consumer-facing events.
- Knowledge and passion for cycling and performance sports is a strong advantage.
